Terms of Service

The rules for using Brand Identity API, in plain words.

Effective October 12, 2026

1. Agreement

These terms are a contract between you and Brand Identity API (“we”, “us”). By creating an account or using Brand Identity API, you agree to them. If you use Brand Identity API for an organization, you agree on its behalf.

Our Privacy Policy explains how we handle personal data.

2. Your account

You must be old enough to form a binding contract where you live, and at least 16. Give us accurate information, keep your sign-in details safe, and tell us at once if you think someone else has access. You are responsible for what happens under your account.

3. Plans and payment

Some features need a paid plan. Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing period until you cancel. One-time purchases are charged once. Prices do not include taxes unless we say so. If we change the price of your plan, we will tell you at least 30 days before the new price applies to you.

4. Cancellation and refunds

You can cancel at any time from your billing page, and you keep access until the end of the period you paid for. If Brand Identity API is not working for you, email agenticstudio@gmail.com within 14 days of a payment and we will refund that payment in full. After that, payments are not refundable unless the law requires it.

5. API keys and limits

Keep your secret API keys secret: do not put them in browser code, apps or public repositories. You are responsible for requests made with your keys. If a key leaks, revoke it in the dashboard.

Each plan includes a monthly number of brand lookups and a per-minute request limit, shown on our pricing page. Only lookups that return a brand count. When you reach a limit, the API refuses further requests until the limit resets or you upgrade. We do not charge for usage beyond your plan.

6. Brand data and trademarks

The logos, names, colors and other brand assets Brand Identity API returns belong to their owners. We provide them so you can identify the companies they belong to. Do not use them to suggest that a company endorses you, and follow any trademark rules that apply to how you show them.

You may cache and store what the API returns for as long as you like, on every plan. Including the data in the responses of an API you offer to others requires the Scale plan.

If you own a brand and want its record corrected or removed, email agenticstudio@gmail.com.

7. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

  • break the law, or help anyone else break it;
  • infringe anyone’s rights, or upload content you have no right to share;
  • send spam or malware, or harass anyone;
  • access other people’s accounts or data, or probe our systems without permission;
  • overload the service, or get around its limits or security, for example by spreading requests across accounts or keys to exceed your plan;
  • copy, resell or reverse engineer the service, except where the law or your plan allows it.

8. Your content

You own what you put into Brand Identity API, such as the domains and searches you send to the API. You let us host, copy and process it only to run the service for you and to keep it working. You are responsible for having the right to share it.

9. Our service

Brand Identity API, its software and its brand belong to us or our licensors. These terms give you the right to use the service while your account is in good standing, not ownership of it. If you send us feedback or ideas, we may use them without owing you anything.

10. Other services

Brand Identity API relies on services we do not control, listed in our Privacy Policy. If you connect another service to your account, its own terms apply to that service.

11. Changes and availability

We improve Brand Identity API all the time, and we may add, change or remove features. We work to keep it available but cannot promise it will never be interrupted.

12. Suspension and termination

You can stop using Brand Identity API and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or close an account that breaks these terms or puts other people at risk, with notice where that is reasonable.

13. Disclaimers

The service is provided “as is” and “as available”. As far as the law allows, we disclaim all warranties, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement.

14. Limitation of liability

As far as the law allows, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages, or for lost profits, revenue or data. Our total liability for any claim is limited to what you paid us in the 12 months before it. Nothing here limits liability that the law does not allow us to limit.

15. Indemnity

You will defend and compensate us for claims that arise from your content or from your breach of these terms.

16. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, USA, and its courts decide any dispute about them, unless the consumer law where you live gives you the right to use your local courts.

17. Changes to these terms

When we change these terms, we update the date at the top. For significant changes, we tell you by email or in the product before they take effect. Using Brand Identity API after that means you accept the new terms.
