- Rate limit is requests per minute across all your API keys, and batch size is domains per batch request. Logo renders are logo CDN requests sent with your key, and brand searches are calls to search. Neither spends a fetch, and both allowances start over on the 1st of each month (UTC). Past the logo allowance, logos of brands we have already indexed keep loading. Usage guidelines

- Prices in USD, tax included: you pay the price shown. Yearly plans are paid once and add the whole year's fetches that day. Subscribers can add more with a top-up pack. No free trial on paid plans: the free fetches are the trial. Cancel any time.

One successful response from the Brand API, or one domain in a batch that returns a brand with a logo. Lookups that fail or find nothing are free, and so are brand search and the logo CDN.
Do unused fetches expire?
No. Every payment adds its credits to your account and they stay until you use them: through plan changes, renewals and after a cancellation.
Can I pay yearly?
Yes, for 20% less than twelve monthly payments. A yearly payment adds the whole year's credits on the day you pay: 120,000 on Starter, 360,000 on Growth. Like every credit, they never expire. Switch from monthly to yearly any time from your billing page; a switch back to monthly starts at your renewal.
What happens when I run out?
The API answers 402 with an insufficient_credits error, in the same JSON shape on every endpoint, until you add credits. Subscribers can buy a top-up pack any time. Nothing is ever charged automatically.
How do upgrades and downgrades work?
An upgrade, or a switch from monthly to yearly, charges the new price today, adds its credits straight away and starts your billing period again. The credits you already have stay. A downgrade, or a switch from yearly to monthly, starts at your next renewal, so you keep what you paid for until then.
Is there a free trial?
Every account gets 50 free brand fetches once its email address is confirmed, with no card. That is the trial: paid plans start billing on the day you subscribe.
Can I cache and store the data?
Yes, on every plan, for as long as you like. Brand Identity API does not make you re-fetch every 30 days or hotlink from our servers.
Can I cancel any time?
Yes, from your billing page. Your plan runs to the end of the month or year you paid for, then stops renewing. Your remaining credits keep working.
Do you offer refunds?
If it is not working for you, email us within 14 days of paying and we will refund you in full. A refund removes the credits that payment added.
